Accessibility
PlainFort aims to make its guidance readable and operable across devices and input methods without claiming universal accessibility or formal conformance that has not been established.
Foundations tested
- a keyboard-accessible skip link that moves focus to the main content;
- semantic header, navigation, main, article, section, and footer landmarks;
- one page heading followed by ordered section headings;
- responsive layouts checked at desktop, 390 px, and 320 px;
- content access without client-side JavaScript;
- reduced-motion behavior for interface transitions;
- descriptive navigation labels and decorative brand imagery hidden from assistive technology.
These checks support a foundation only. They do not prove universal accessibility, legal compliance, or conformance with a named standard.
Known limits
No exhaustive test across every browser, operating system, assistive technology, zoom mode, user setting, or cognitive need has occurred. Long-form guides and dense evidence artifacts may still create navigation or comprehension difficulty for some readers.
The statement and implementation must be reviewed when design, content, components, hosting, or contact behavior changes.
Report a barrier
Email contact@plainfort.com with the affected page and a concise description of the barrier. PlainFort promises no universal response time, but accessibility feedback is within the mailbox's supported purposes.
