Privacy
PlainFort is a static editorial site delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The site itself uses no analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, forms, newsletters, payments, affiliate mechanisms, or client-side JavaScript.
Website delivery
Cloudflare handles technical request, security, delivery, administration, and caching data as part of providing the site. This can include network addresses, timestamps, requested paths, security events, and delivery records under Cloudflare's services and current terms.
PlainFort does not use those technical records for advertising or audience profiling. Provider practices, available logs, configuration, and terms can change and require review.
Contact correspondence
Email sent to contact@plainfort.com is handled through Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online. Microsoft and the mailbox operators necessarily process delivery, administration, security, and correspondence data to operate that route.
Ordinary correspondence is kept only while needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable corrections or operational record. Obvious spam and malicious messages may be deleted when safe to do so. Exact provider retention can vary and is not promised here.
Minimize what you send
Do not send passwords, recovery material, full emails or headers, logs, account identifiers, payment details, identity documents, medical or employment information, incident evidence, or legal correspondence through the editorial mailbox.
Questions about this page or the handling of a PlainFort message can be sent to the same address. The mailbox is not an emergency, incident-response, account-recovery, or guaranteed rights-request service.
Scope and changes
This page states observed service and implementation facts. It does not assign legal roles, select a lawful basis, promise complete information about providers, subprocessors, locations, or transfers, announce compliance with a law, or claim external qualified legal review.
Introducing analytics, cookies, accounts, forms, newsletters, payments, advertising, affiliate systems, embedded third-party resources, or a new provider requires a new data-flow review and an update to this page.
